Zwischen den Versionen 4.2 und 4.6 verfügt die brandneue Bali 4.4 über alle bekannten Bali-Markenzeichen wie die Hebe-und-Kipp-BALI-Salontür, seitliche Schiebefenster, die Salontür mit Zugang zum starren vorderen Cockpit und die aufwendige Flybridge. Mit einer Gesamtlänge von 13,75 Metern und einer Breite von 7,4 Metern ist sie in einer Eignerversion mit drei Kabinen erhältlich, bei der die Backbordseite dem Eigner gewidmet ist, mit einem großen Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und einer großen Duschkabine. Das Vier-Kabinen-Layout bietet Platz für bis zu acht Gäste, wobei jede Kabine über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Optional erhältlich sind zwei Skipperkabinen im Bug und ein absenkbarer Tisch im Salon.
